Maybelline Dream Sun Bronzing Powder (LE)

It is no question that Maybelline puts out a lot of new products. It's also no question that they're my favourite brand. The problem is that so many things that they put out are limited edition!

Now, I'm not one to complain too much, but I hate when I start loving a product and they have it available only for a limited time.
- Small rant over - ;)

I picked this up, very skeptical. If you follow me on Instagram, you probably know that NYC Sunny Bronzer has been the love of my life since... January? I use it every day and there's no orange undertone.
As you may know, it is a huge problem to use an orange-undertoned bronzer, especially if you're very fair. I'm not oompa-loompa, and I also have no desire to be one. But I also have faith in Maybelline.

So that's the story of why I picked this up despite my skepticism of trying new bronzers. Turns out, I love it! Love it like a love song, baby. ;) (That was bad, sorry.)

It's a gorgeous bronze-tan colour that will give your fair skin a nice boost, especially for summer. Plus, it's completely SAFE for your skin if you want to kind of fake a tan. No sunburns, no cares. ;) (I am a snowball, tanning doesn't work for me.)

Also, isn't the packaging just adorable? It's fairly small and super travel-friendly in its compact.
Kind of like the size of a blush... but not.
Plus, the design on the powder is cute... I am a sucker for details, obviously.

Why do I love this, you may ask?
First of all, it is completely MATTE and has a creamy-powder consistency. I don't mean that it's a cream-to-powder. I mean that it's really soft and easy to blend.
Second, I am addicted to bronzing/contouring my cheeks.
Third, it's great for my fair skin.
Fourth, there isn't any sign of orange-ness for me.
Fifth... well, you get the picture.

I got this in Matte Light, but it is to my knowledge that they have a nice little range of shades for this product. Four Seasons, Matte Dark, Glow, etc. etc.
A swatch of how it looks on my hand- unblended.

I found this at Wal-Mart (they get new LE products like right before they disappear forever). It was around eight or nine dollars, which is decent for drugstore.

If you have not already picked any of the powder bronzers up, go get it before it is gone. You won't regret it (hopefully). ;)

P.S. I may have to pick up a couple more just in care I run out. :(

Hope you enjoyed this post, beauties!

P.S. again: I think it's crazy that I posted two blogs in one week without giving up. :P
